According to the official HOG documentation (who supplies our chapter with rider insurance) only a
parent or guardian can sign a minor's release form to allow them to participate on a chapter ride.
Sorry, but aunts, uncles,
grandparents, etc. will NOT meet the terms of the release.
Feel free to have the parents sign a form before bringing a minor
along.

We want to have more young people get involved in motorcycling, just like we did, but we must be able to protect ourselves.
